YOELL

by

MolteniC

The Yoell is a reinterpretation of a popular American chair of the 50s': a deckchair originally derived from the hammock, a traditional item of furniture in that part of the world. Supported by an elegant Black Ash, Eucalyptus or Sunrise Oak frame, Yoell reflects the distinctive feature of the deckchair, designed for relaxing in patios, living spaces and terraces blessed with a tropical climate. In his version, Vincent van Duysen underlines the difference with the systems of the original chairs, featuring textiles or straw with freedom of movement, by designing a brand new element. The structure has eucalyptus black oak, and sunrise oak finish in sold wood, whereas the leather is available n six differnt types of finishes.

A confluence of exemplary design, cutting-edge craft and great tradition, founded in 1934 in Italy. Over the years, Molteni has designed and built prototypes that have become mainstream, introduced new ways of crafting furniture systems that are architectural in every sense, and enlivened the homes of people who appreciate technique, detail and beauty.
