Payment Terms

All payments made with respect to the order will have to be made 50% in advance when the order is booked and the balance 50% will have to be made against product delivery. The User shall be entitled and bound to use his/her valid credit/debit and/or any other recognized payment cards, online banking facility to make payment against any transaction being effected at 'Simply Sofas'. User undertakes and confirms that he/she will furnish correct, complete and accurate details of credit/debit and/or any other payment cards, online banking accounts and shall be solely responsible for any cost, expense, loss and/or damage which may suffer to User due to furnishing of wrong details/ information relating to his/her credit/debit and/or any other payment cards or online banking accounts. User expressly agrees and declares that Simply Sofas shall not be liable for the loss of any nature whatsoever including without limitation indirect, consequential, special and/or incidental to the User arising, directly or indirectly, out of decline of authorization for any transaction, resulting from the User exceeding his/her pre-set permissible payment limit under the credit/debit and/or any other payment cards and/or online banking accounts.

Return and Refund

The products at 'Simply Sofas' have been carefully chosen for their quality, design and craftsmanship. To ensure each delivery is to your satisfaction, we ship and install every order ourselves, rather than through a third-party. What’s more, each product is quality checked and 100% certified at multiple points before it is delivered. We do not offer any Refund of the products once sold. Any cancellation / exchange shall be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions for payment reversal / replacement of the Product depending on availability of the Product and as opted by the customer. Any eligible refund will be initiated by Simply Sofas through the payment gateway service provider, it will be credited to the customer's bank account/credit card/debit card within such time as taken by banking channels to process refund transactions.
